This Japanese species of Arugula is hands down INCREDIBLE! The small, linear leaves have a distinct wasabi flavor, not peppery like the standard arugula. Grown in the greenhouse their flavor is milder, but grow them outside and the flavor meter climbs quickly! Monica loves to add the whole tender leaves to roast beef sandwiches or chop up the leaves to add to a salad to clear out your sinuses and punch up the flavor meter so high, that even chef Emeril willbe shouting BAM!
* Due to the difficulty of propagating this unique species, quantities are very limited. Once they are gone, they are gone.
