BIQUINHO (meaning "little beak" in Portugese) peppers are known for the protruding beak on the bottom of these peppers. Biquinho plants produce loads of mild peppers with an interesting and unique tangy flavor. These peppers are frequently pickled or served in vinegar but can also be eaten fresh.
Biquinho White is a newer variety of Biquinho pepper which ripens to a stark white. The plant, when loaded with these ripe white fruit, is quite ornamental on its own and the interesting citrusy flavor of the peppers is an added bonus! These plants are compact, often growing to just 3', but are heavy producers. 1,000 SHU.
