Pepper El Eden

Product Overview

El Eden is a guajillo-type pepper. Due to its tough skin, it is not recommended for fresh use but it makes a wonderful dried pepper. One of the "Holy Trinity" peppers used in mole. 3,000 SHU.

 

Plant comes fully rooted in a 3" pot. Plant in full sun in well-draining soil in a large pot or the ground. Water and fertilize regularly to yield the best crop. Avoid overhead watering.
