The heat range of Scotch Bonnets is usually less than or equal to that of its Habanero cousin.
Orange Scotch Bonnet peppers are well known for lending their flavor to the traditional Jerk seasoning. They have a sweeter flavor than habaneros but similar heat. 100,000-350,000 SHU.
