Curbside Pick-up Policy

Curbside Pick-Ups:

We offer Curbside Pick-up at the Greenhouses. Please enter under the Comment portion of your order, the day which you choose to pick up your order curbside. We will confirm your order is ready by changing the status of your order to 'Awaiting Pick Up'. Then, simply drive up to the roll up door of the greenhouses behind the Farm Store, honk your horn, Show ID and Order number through your window to the staff. We will them retrieve your order and place it in your trunk or truck bed. It is that easy!

We require one full business day to pull your order. Order will be ready one business day after the order is placed. Please pickup your order within 7 days of placing your order. 

Please for your own safety and that of our employees, do not get out of the car. Let us all be safe together by respecting social distancing!

 

Handling Fee

All online orders will be charged an handling fee of $5.99

Our handling fee is used to help cover the labor costs it takes for our employees to process orders for shipping and the increased labor cost of offering a curbside pick-up. 
 

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns on our products. Final Sale Only! All of our plants are shipped in good health and in specialized containers to ensure that they arrive to our customers in good condition. Please see our plant insurance policy for questions regarding refunds or concerns with our products. 

 

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made as soon as possible before we fill and ship the order.  We charge a $5.99 cancellation fee process the refund. Cancellations must be made within 4 hours of the order being placed or before a shipping label is completed. Please email us if you have questions about our cancellation policy.  

 

Insurance Policy  

While all of our plants are happy and healthy when we ship them to you, we do have insurance to ensure protection on our plants up to 5 days. We have an insurance policy on our plants if you purchase $.50 of insurance per plant if there is an issue with the plant with in 5 days, we will give you a refund or store credit if there is significant proof of a damaged plant (not due to lack of care). If there is an issue with the item that was shipped please email us at nursery@cpp.edu within those 5 days, please include your order number, a photo and a full description of the problem with the product in the correspondence. Note: This Plant Insurance is NOT Valid on purchases for in person shopping at the Farm Store Nursery.

NOTE that we do not have a Phytosanitary Certificate that is needed for plants to be shipped or taken outside of California.

 

Shipping is ONLY available inside California.

We ship on Mondays, orders must be recieved by Sunday night.

 

We require a one day advance for Curbside Pick-Up orders for the earliest pick-up time.

We only ship Mondays using UPS Ground. For more information please check out our shipping policy. We only ship within California, no exceptions no matter how much you plead and cry. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, UCB bank credit card.
