We are now offering, during the COVID 19 Stay at Home order, Curbside Pick up at the Greenhouses between 10 and 2 daily. Please enter under the Comment portion of your order, the day which you choose to pick up your order curbside. We will confirm your order is ready by changing the status of your order to 'Awaiting Pick Up'. Then, simply drive up to the roll up door of the greenhouses (where Pepperzania normally is), honk your horn, Show ID and Order number through your window to the staff. We will them retrieve your order and place it in your trunk or truck bed. It is that easy!
Due to mandatory remote work schedules, we require one full business day to pull your order. Order will be ready one business day after the order is placed. Please pickup your order within 7 days of placing your order.

Due to Covid-19 we have suspended our in-store pickup and now have curbside pick-up available from 10am-2pm daily.
NOTE: There are no online store employees working Friday through Sunday. Retail nursery staff are unable to pull last minute orders.
We are currently shipping exclusively within California using UPS Mail Service. Packages must have a UPS deliverable address. We only ship on Mondays. Orders must be placed by noon on Sunday if you would like your plants to be shipped the following Monday. If your order is placed after 12pm it will ship the following week.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping option. You will receive an email from UPS.com with a link of your tracking number. If you have any questions about shipping please email email@example.com
We do not accept returns on our products. Final Sale Only! All of our plants are shipped in good health and in specialized containers to ensure that they arrive to our customers in good condition. Please see our plant insurance policy for questions regarding refunds or concerns with our products.
Cancellations must be made as soon as possible before we fill and ship the order. We charge a 5 dollar cancellation fee plus 3% of the total order cancelled for Paypal to process the refund. Cancellations must be made within 4 hours of the order being placed or before a shipping label is completed. Please email us if you have questions about our cancellation policy.
While all of our plants are happy and healthy when we ship them to you, we do have insurance to ensure protection on our plants up to 5 days. We have an insurance policy on our plants if you purchase $.50 of insurance per plant if there is an issue with the plant with in 5 days, we will give you a refund or store credit if there is significant proof of a damaged plant (not due to lack of care). Please check out the policy under our products. If there is an issue with the item that was shipped please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within those 5 days, please include your order number, a photo and a full description of the problem with the product in the correspondence.
