We do have an in-store pick-up option! Plant orders that are for in-store pick up might be larger than shipped plants. Plants can be picked up from 10am-6pm 7 days a week at the Cal Poly Pomona Farm Store, 4102 S University Dr, Pomona, CA 91768. To pick up your plants you will need a proof of purchase, such as a receipt or photo ID. Orders placed will be pulled Monday-Friday at 12pm. If you placed an order after 12pm or on the weekend it will be filled the following week day. Please confirm that your order is ready for pick-up before coming into the Farm Store. We will sent you a notification via email when your order is ready for pick-up. If you have any questions or issues please contact email@example.com
We are currently shipping exclusively to California using a USPS priority mail service. We only ship on Mondays and Wednesdays. Orders must be placed before 12pm to ship on the same day. If your order is placed after 12pm on Monday or Tuesday it will ship on the next business day. If your order is placed after 12pm on a Wednesday it will be shipped the following Monday.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping option. If you have any questions about shipping please email firstname.lastname@example.org
We do not accept returns on our products. Final Sale Only! All of our plants are shipped in good health and in specialized containers to ensure that they arrive to our customers in good condition. Please see our plant insurance policy for questions regarding refunds or concerns with our products.
Cancellations must be made as soon as possible as we ship same day if orders are placed before noon. We charge a 5 dollar cancellation fee plus 3% of the total order cancelled for Paypal to process the refund. Cancellations must be made within 4 hours of the order being placed or before a shipping label is completed. Please email us if you have questions about our cancellation policy.
While all of our plants are happy and healthy when we ship them to you, we do have insurance to ensure protection on our plants up to 5 days. We have an insurance policy on our plants if you purchase $.50 of insurance per plant if there is an issue with the plant with in 5 days, we will give you a refund or store credit if there is significant proof of a damaged plant (not due to lack of care). Please check out the policy under our products. If there is an issue with the item that was shipped please email us at email@example.com within those 5 days, please include your order number, a photo and a full description of the problem with the product in the correspondence.
