Product Overview

Chiltepin pepper is a native North American pepper. Peppers are about the heat level of a Thai pepper. The burn comes on fast then quickly fades, which is a great benefit for a Super Hot Chili initiate. Also known as a Bird Pepper due to its 1/4" size and tendency of birds to eat and distribute the seeds. 50,000 to 100,000 SHUs.

Fully rooted pepper plant in a 3" pot. Plant your pepper plants in a full-sun area in well-drained soil in a large pot or in the ground. Water regularly and fertilize to yield the best crop. Avoid overhead watering.
