Product Overview
Also known as Aji Dulce, this is a popular pepper in the Caribbean and parts of Latin America. This sweet-fleshed pepper is essential for so many dishes, from sofrito to bean dishes, soups, and even just as a raw snack. The pepper fruits have a similar shape to the famously super-spicy Scotch Bonnet pepper, but only have a 500-1,000 Scoville unit, making it much milder than a habanero. It is recommended giving this pepper a try!
Fully rooted pepper plant in a 3" pot.
Plant your pepper plants in a full-sun with well-drained soil in a large pot or in the ground. Water regularly and fertilize to yield the best crop. Avoid overhead watering.
